The hotel has a great location, close to the center with easy access to taxis and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the oversized bathtub was a pleasant surprise. The balcony offered a nice spot for relaxation. However, communication with staff was frustrating. ordering food through room service didn't go smoothly, and I received items I didn't specifically ask for. I also faced a delay in getting extra towels upon request. Additionally, the pool was a bit too cold for my child to enjoy. Despite these issues, the stay had its highlights, like the comfortable beds and air conditioning.

Family with children a great option

The room was spacious and clean! We had a blast using the pool after a long day of exploring. The staff was really nice, especially at the restaurant-they even helped us out when we needed a late check-out! The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, especially the chilaquiles, wow.

I had an awesome time with my friends! The location was perfect for wandering downtown, and we loved hanging out by the super clean pool. We also checked out some local food spots, which were a hit. The included breakfasts had a great variety, making our mornings enjoyable.

We did have some trouble at the reception regarding our breakfast entitlement. It took a bit of back and forth to clarify our reservation details.
